Because our pieces are vintage and often one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or simply deciding that an item is not for you.

 

We strongly encourage you to carefully check the measurements, description and photos of each item before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing or want any additional information about a piece, please get in touch with us before placing your order.

 
Vintage Condition

 

Vintage clothing is pre loved and may show signs of its previous life. Small imperfections, variations, marks, fading, wear or other signs of age can be part of the character and charm of vintage clothing.

 

We do our best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of every item, including any notable flaws.

 

Please read each product description carefully and look closely at all photos before purchasing.

 

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

 

While all sales are final, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

 

If an item arrives with a fault that was not disclosed in the product description, or the item is significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of the issue.

 

If the item is found to be faulty or significantly misdescribed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 
Change of Mind

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Items that do not fit as expected• Items that you no longer want

• Failure to read the product description or measurements before purchasing
