We’re currently an online only store based in Sydney, Australia. We’re looking into markets and pop ups in the near future, with the goal of opening a physical Clutch Collective store down the track.

Are your pieces actually vintage?

Yes! Our pieces are vintage and pre loved unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. Every item is individually selected and inspected before being listed.

Will vintage pieces have imperfections?

Accepted Answer

Some may! Vintage clothing has had a life before finding its way to you, so small signs of wear, fading, marks or other imperfections can be part of the charm. Any significant flaws will always be noted in the product description.

How does vintage sizing work?

Vintage sizing can differ quite a lot from modern sizing. We recommend going by the measurements provided on each product rather than relying solely on the size on the label.

My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking information. If your parcel appears to be delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch with us and we’ll help you look into it.

How quickly do you ship?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, because waiting forever for your vintage find is not the vibe. Your order will generally be dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or isn't as described?

If your item arrives with a fault that wasn't disclosed in the listing, or is significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
